Clicked by Nexus 6P phone (and edited by Snapseed App), on my trip back home (in India) – these are the photographs of my dad’s most prized possessions! (Ha, well what’s the likelihood of that?)
Presenting to you all “Barrel Cactus” – in it’s full bloom – a phenomena that transpires just once in a year! Working it’s way through hostile climatic conditions, arid surroundings and testing times, a barrel cactus blooms in it’s full gorgeousness and grace to devise a sight worth reminiscing.
Pretty white petals, blossoming, flourishing and convincing us of the fact that there is plausibility of developing in the most severest of the circumstances with some perseverance!
What are the chances of you witnessing the glory and fragrance of the cacti-flower, considering that it is an annual affair, and the conditions are tough? Well, I say, “quite unlikely” but not “impossible!”
