Let’s get started –

  • How do I feel at the moment?
Tired! Went Dragon Boat Racing at the St. Jude’s Charity Event yesterday – cramped, sun tanned and twitchy!
  • What do I need more in my life?
Calmness! Yes, my OCD doesn’t help me much!
  • What would make me happy right now?
A vacation to a beach! I need some VITAMIN SEA!
  • What is going right in my life?
Everything! In this present moment I have so much to be grateful for.
  • What am I most grateful for? List 10 things.
My hubby. He is my ROCK!
My family. I am nothing without their support and love.
My friends. Well yeah, we all need our “human diaries!”
My health. Thank God I am alive!
    My beautiful house.
My blog. Since it’s given me an out-let to be able to express myself, plus, the awesome people I meet here!
My pets. Life is colorless without them!
My life and the opportunity to do something worthwhile.
Clean water to drink and enough food to eat.
My conscience. Well, what life without one?
  • When did I experience joy this week?
