Sweet Surrender

iScriblr_sweetSurrender

This post is in response to “Tuesday Writing Prompt Challenge July 24, 2018” by GO DOG GO CAFÉ. My first ever!

The prompt is – “melt, drip, savor” and the idea is to use these 3 words in same order, in a piece of poetry or prose. This poem of mine is an attempt to bring to light the “sweet surrender” that two lovers experience, passionately and lovingly, overlooking the inhibitions! (Yet again, my first attempt to write something on these lines!)

The prompts are designed to be quick challenges that can be written in 10 to 15 minutes, are fun, and gets everyone interacting! Follow this link to learn more about it, see other submissions, and to share your own. Come and join in the fun folks!
