TOPIC FOR TODAY : ATTITUDE

Here’s my take on it –

A positive frame of mind increases your motivation to succeed and get what you want. It will make you believe you will get what you want. It will also motivate you to achieve more than you ever expected!

iScriblr_attitude

Your attitude and the way you think have much to do with how you feel about yourself. If you adopt a positive attitude and think positively, you will have a better opinion of yourself, which means a sense of self-esteem. Choose to look at yourself in a positive light. See what is positive and good in you. This will automatically increase your self-esteem. Don’t worry about negative people, and about what they think and say about you. When you have a positive attitude toward yourself, the people around you will have a better opinion of you, and would treat you with more respect!

A positive attitude awakens happiness. You don’t have to be rich or achieve goals to be happy. It is a matter of attitude. When you adopt a positive frame of mind you become happy. Happiness does not depend on external causes. It comes from inside you!

ABOUT THE TAG

Every Thursday I will pick a topic, post photos or quotes or lyrics or a poem or an article about the “topic” and nominate 3 bloggers, who in turn will post about that SAME topic (in whichever way they want) and nominate 3 bloggers of their own, spreading “FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION” far and wide.

It’s all about you being the BOSS and choosing the best way possible to express and depict your understanding of the theme of the day. Fun, ain’t it?

RULES

1 Thank the Selector and do not forget to tag/create a “ping-back!”
2 Attach the tag photo.
3 Post about that topic (in whichever way you want – it could be a photo or a quote or a poem or an article) for the dedicated “Topic of the Day.” No rush!
4 Select 3 bloggers to take part in “FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION” Tag! Let’s spread some positivity around.

  1. This are awesome quotes! It is so true that we can choose our attitude, how we let ourselves react to a situation, and in that way affect the outcome – How happy/good we feel. Thanks for a great post!

Keep it going. I know how challenging it is to write every day, but we do it with good intent and passion. That makes it joyous.

  5. Very good choice of quotes, Richa. I particularly like Hans Seley’s. It must be said that I work at the Université de Montréal as a science journalist and this is where Dr. Hans Selye, an endocrinologist, wrote in the 1950s the first scientific monograph on stress, a concept well known to all of us today. His work on stress has allowed us to demonstrate a relationship between attitude and behavior and our state of mind. Congratulations for the quality of the content on your blog. Always nice to read you. -Dominique

    1. Wow.. That’s interestingly impressive to know! I loved this quote by him – hits close to home!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog Dominique, really appreciate your kindness!❤

      1. This quote speaks to me as well. He was an amazing researcher indeed. Dr. Selye was fond of popularizing his work and talking to the media, although at the time it was frowned upon by the research community. He never received a Nobel Prize unfortunately, but two of his students were honored with this award. Ironic, is it not? Another quirk? His former office at the University is now a local where the furnaces are! The management, however, kept and placed on a wall the bike he used every day to get to work (except in winter of course). It makes me think of an idea … I’m going to photograph his bike. P.S. It is not out of kindness that I visit your blog, Richa. It’s just that I’m a hedonist and reading you is a real pleasure!
