5 Tips to Feel More Grateful and Blissful

Hey Everyone! I hope y’all had a wonderful weekend!

Let’s kill the “Monday Blues” with some Real Talk and GRATITUDE!

Gratitude means thankfulness, noticing simple pleasures and acknowledging everything that you draw. It means that you are content with what you have and appreciate and value the quality of your life, without any complaints. Being thankful shifts your focus from what is lacking in your life to the abundance that is already present. It means – learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a “continuous basis” of how much you’ve been given. In short, it means that you say “Thank You” often and always!

Here are a few simple things to try to start feeling a little more blissful on a regular basis –

“Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for.”
― Epicurus

My loves, it’s no secret that – improving our life starts with improving our mindset! In the words of John Mitchell – “Our attitude toward life determines life’s attitude toward us.” So, let’s begin today and change our attitude towards life, it’s struggles and the way that we look at it. Remember, living our best life is just a “thought” away!

So what are you grateful for today?

Love,
