ABOUT THE PHOTO

Clicked by Nexus 6P phone (and edited by Snapseed App), on my trip to Chattanooga, Tennessee at the Ruby Falls – this photo, for me, highlights the process of “GROWTH.”
Depicted here in the photo is – a Stalactite (which is – an icicle-shaped formation that hangs from the ceiling of a cave, and is produced by precipitation of minerals from water dripping through the cave ceiling) and a Stalagmite (which is – an upward-growing mound of mineral deposits that have precipitated from water dripping onto the floor of a cave) – growing, drop by drop, over a million of years to form a Column, overcoming any challenges and distress thrown at them.
Resilient, irrepressible and effervescent – these so-called “rock formations” in the middle of no-where, braving through hardships and experiencing testing times, are a perfect reminder to us – to never Give Up Growing!
When you don’t wait for a perfect environment, but en-cash on the worst that the life throws at you – Growth is inevitable!

  1. Ha! I’ve been to Ruby Falls before. If you like caves, you should come up to our neck of the woods to Mammoth Cave. Cool shot, by the way. 😃

    1. Ooo.. I just looked up “Mammoth Cave National Park” on Google.. Seems quite doable! Hopefully, when the weather gets a little better! 👍
Thank you so much! I am still learning the tricks of taking that perfect shot!😀
