Welcome to Terri’s Photo Challenge : Sunday Stills. Yet another day, another exciting prompt and a “perfect” WPC substitution. *Ah, it feels good to be back*
The theme is “YELLOW” and I am shamelessly more than a week late in posting this! (Thanks to my never ending torturous migraine bouts!) Nevertheless, I’ve got a perfect set of pictures interpreting my take of the prompt word and to (hopefully)make up for the delay.
Presenting to y’all my “yellowish” photographs –
Welcome to Terri’s Photo Challenge : Sunday Stills. Yet another day, another exciting prompt and a “perfect” WPC substitution.
The theme is “TRANSPORTATION” and I am shamelessly more than a week late in posting this! (Thanks to the OctPoWriMo Challenge that I am participating in, making time for other posts gets a little demanding plus lets not forget the “malware” attack!) Nevertheless, I’ve got a perfect set of pictures illustrating various modes of commute and to make up for the delay.
Ranging from old school “horse buggy” to modern-day “pay as you go” EXPLORE cycles – I present to y’all my “portage-pictures!”
Welcome to Terri’s Photo Challenge : Sunday Stills. Yet another day, another exciting prompt and a “perfect” WPC substitution.
This week’s theme is “WATER” and I’ve got a perfect set of pictures illustrating H2O in it’s all possible avatars – snow, clouds and lakes! *ah, nature*
Clicked on our trip to Leh, India – these pictures are all about devouring nature in its full force and gloating over its exceptional splendor. At an altitude of 3,524 meters (11,562 ft), Leh is all about picturesque locales, artistic domains and memories of a lifetime.

This week’s theme is “OBJECTS OVER 100 YEARS OLD” and I’ve got a perfect set of pictures for it! Famous for its historical ruins, and considered to be one of India’s many haunted locations – Bhangarh, India(established in 1573) is an embodiment of age-long history and yesteryear. Once a town alive with people like you and me, it is now a land of relics, reminding us of an era of princely states and regal existence. From grand courtyards, abundant riches and effusive lifestyle to a wreckage that’s long forgotten, this town sermonizes the imprint of “time and tide!”
From witnessing the past to now becoming a “historical site” – Well, nothing indeed escapes the wrath of continuance!
Welcome to Terri’s Photo Challenge : Sunday Stills. Yet another day, another exciting prompt and a “perfect” WPC substitution!
This week’s theme is “DRUNK WITH” and surprisingly (in all honesty) I had a bucked-load of pictures to choose from in this genre! *hides face*
Ignoring all the photos that I wasn’t really proud of (for obvious reasons), I present to y’all my “drunk with” session with Mr. Jack at the famous Jack Daniel’s Distillery! An experience to cherish and treasure – This place is a must-visit for anyone with an appreciation for the World’s No 1 American Whiskey and all things Southern.

This week’s theme is “MACRO SHOTS” and in all honesty I must confess that I consider myself a novice when it comes to “photographic” skills – where I am still learning the art of getting the “right shot” especially when it comes to “macros!” Nevertheless, here are a few of the macro-shots experiments done at the Memphis Zoo with my winged friends as subjects.
Welcome to Terri’s Photo Challenge : Sunday Stills. Yet another day, another exciting prompt and a “perfect” WPC substitution!
This week’s theme is “PLANTS” and in all honesty it was a tough choice to pick a few out of the zillion “flora” photos that I have. On the brighter side, it was such a kaleidoscopic walk down the memory lane! *ah, nature*
Presenting to you all some “photographic memories” of plants from the iScriblr’s vault.
Welcome to Terri’s Photo Challenge : Sunday Stills. Yet another day, another exciting prompt and a “perfect” WPC substitution!
This week’s theme is “WIND” and even though I am an avid photographer, I somehow couldn’t find anything worthwhile in my “vault of pictures”, until I stumbled across some “windy” photos of “Lung ta” aka the Tibetan Prayer Flags from my trip to Bir Billing.
Traditionally, these prayer flags are used to promote peace, compassion, strength, and wisdom and do not carry prayers to Gods, which is a common misconception. It is believed, that by hanging these flags in high places, the “Lung ta” – under the effect of “wind”, carries the blessings and mantras depicted on the flags to all beings, far and wide – spreading good will, benevolence and compassion into all-pervading space. *ah! serenity*
Hey Everyone! I hope y’all are doing wonderful. HAPPY FRIYAY!
Welcome to Terri’s Photo Challenge : Sunday Stills. Yet another day and another exciting prompt. Thank God for this, I miss WPC a little less!
This week’s theme is “SUMMER” and to be honest, I really ain’t that big a fan of the scorching sun and high temperatures, especially since the weather has been super treacherous where I live! *sighs*
For me a “perfect” summer is all about having a wonderful day at the beach – with pristine shores, revitalizing cool waters and gorgeous sunsets! *ah, beach-life* Presenting to you all some “summery” photos of me at my favorite place this SUMMER!
