Awkwardly Okay is a wonderful blog run by Alexi that has umpteen interesting reads about nature, life and art. THREE THINGS ABOUT ME

1 I’m a highly sensitive person. My tear-ducts are in my heart!
2 I am the “crazy animal woman” that the World talks about! (Believe me, it’s not even funny!)
3 My spirit animal is TURTLE as per the Spirit Animal Test I took online. (Determined, persistent, grounded and in love with water – yeah, that’s me!)

HERE ARE THE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS ASKED

1 What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done?

Trip To Bir Billing (My Paragliding Experience) has been one of my MOST adventurous trips of lifetime.

Excerpts from the trip –

“Bir is a tiny village located at the foothills of the Himalayas in the Kangra Valley of Himachal Pradesh (India) – known worldwide as a destination for ecotourism, meditation and spiritual studies and yes, PARAGLIDING! Scenic, panoramic and an adventurer’s piece of heaven, Bir, shall not disappoint you or your daredevil spirit.”
“Full of fun, adventure and euphoria, this trip to Bir Billing was a perfect escapade for us. Undoubtedly, one of my most memorable trip, where I experienced the joy of flying high in the sky with magnificent mountains beneath my feet! From 2 friends seeking an adventure for a lifetime to gutsier, spunkier dare-devils – Bir, sure did change us!”

2 What is your take on global warming?

I would like to quote Martin Keogh, who said, “When asked if I am pessimistic or optimistic about the future, my answer is always the same – if you look at the science about what is happening on earth and aren’t pessimistic, you don’t understand the data. But if you meet the people who are working to restore this earth and the lives of the poor, and you aren’t optimistic, you haven’t got a pulse.”
Personally, I think that WE SHOULD ALL ACT NOW BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!

3 If you could have any super powers what would it be?

To be omnipresent! Imagine, being everywhere – whenever you want, wherever you want!

4 Who is your favorite author?

Paulo Coelho! The Alchemist and Aleph being my favorite books by him.

5 What’s your most embarrassing moment that you can remember?

Oh my! I have embarrassed myself a way lot many times than a regular human would or should have! Smart-phone auto-correct goof-ups, butter fingers, drunk dialing, wearing a dress inside out – I have done it all! (Embarrassing, right!)
