Everybody Hurts

iScriblr_love_insecurities

Desiring your consideration,
I have cried a million tears.

"Invisible" to your complacency,
I have died a million deaths.

Inconspicuous indulgence!

Your nearsightedness annihilates me,
I can no longer take this any more.

I wonder how can you be so unseeing,
and my love be so obscure?

This post is written in response to OctPoWriMo Challenge – where you’ll write a “POEM” everyday for 31 days, using the prompt word. Follow this link to learn more about it, see other submissions, and to share your own. Come and join in the fun folks!

DAY 9 prompt is – SEE/SEEING.

Do you always believe what you see? Do you view the world through rose-colored glasses? It’s a matter of perspective. For today’s prompt, think about viewing things in a different way. Help us to see what you see and use your words to paint a vivid image.

Poetry Form – FREE VERSE.

What I see is being “unseen” and it hurts!
