My picturesque abode!

ABOUT THE PHOTO

Clicked by Nexus 6P phone (and edited by Snapseed App)on my trip back home (in India) – my “Place in the World” would be my home, sweet home!
Known as the second winter capital of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, The Dalai Lama’s residence and the headquarters of Central Tibetan Administration and also called as “Little Lhasa” – that’s Dharamshala for you folks! Located in the upper reaches of Kangra valley (HP), placed at an average altitude of 1,475 meters above sea level, with numerous treks to waterfalls, remote villages and the nearby serene “Dhauladhar” mountain range – this is the “Place in the World” that I seek my solace in! With so much beauty, natural charm, tranquility and spotless innocence, my home-town is undoubtedly my itty-bitty piece of heaven on Earth!
Whenever the world becomes a little too much to handle and you miss being with the ones who care, when your life is in shambles and you need some gratifying – beyond shadow of a doubt your home is the only “Place in the World” that brings you harmony, balance and affection!

PS – If you zoom in enough, you can see my home in this picture!
