"It's a steal Jack! Who sells a f*****g 5 bedroom, 
3.5 acre lake-view mansion for just $250K?" 
said an over enthusiastic Ally, 
her obvious excitement over the rooftop, 
as she signs the dotted line.

It was a dream property 
that they couldn't have afforded in a million years, 
had it not been for a sudden drop in its price 
after it was unanticipatedly foreclosed by the bank.

Little did Alley know that "The House Of Horrors" 
is not just an "Urban Legend" 
her girl friends gossiped about!
