Hence, the idea of – Healthy Food Series – where I will share, address and talk about some healthy food options available in the market (hopefully on a weekly basis.) Water – is an integral part of our lives, making it impossible to live without! For centuries, medicinally, water has been advocated as the best natural detox available to mankind. Water carries nutrients to our cells, aids digestion by forming stomach secretions, flushes our bodies of wastes, and keeps our kidneys healthy. It also keeps our moisture-rich organs (skin, eyes, mouth and nose) performing well, it lubricates and cushions our joints, and regulates our body temperature and our metabolism.
We all feel stress in our lifetime! Dismally, stress is an inevitable part of our lives and there is nothing much that we can do about it, other than to stand up against it and fight back. There could be better days, there could be good days and on other days you are a chaos!
