I Am An Apostrophe!

This post is written in response to OctPoWriMo Challenge – where you’ll write a “POEM” everyday for 31 days, using the prompt word. Follow this link to learn more about it, see other submissions, and to share your own. Come and join in the fun folks!

Day 14 word prompt is “IF I WERE ME!”

Suggested Form – Shape Poetry.

Shape is one of the main things that separate prose and poetry. Poetry can take on many formats, but one of the most inventive forms is for the poem to take on the shape of its subject. Therefore, if the subject of your poem were of a flower, then the poem would be shaped like a flower. If it were of a fish, then the poem would take on the shape of a fish. Well, this is my first ever attempt at it – An Apostrophe!

As always any feedback and advise is more than appreciated!
